Personally, I like the coloured photograph better than the black and white. Because here, your eyes just strikes to the viewer and drives the viewer's attention instantly.
Every element complement each other. The eyes, the hair, the flowers, the shoulders, the lips. Everything works out perfectly here. Start from the eyes. Not every photo with the eyes looking straight to the viewers are able to engage the viewers. But you did. And that look makes the viewer wonder what you're thinking. A sort of look that not all people can achieve. In my opinion this is what makes the photograph so stunning. I love how the white flowers give a sense of innocent in the photograph and complement the look on your face.
I think by removing the white line near the neck would've eliminate the distraction. But still, a very lovely photo
