They're all quite similar,
but some are made of silver,
        and some of gold...

Oooo~! I love the straw hat effect you have created in this photograph! Although it's an effect that many people have used before, I never seem to get tired of seeing it, and I'm always delighted to see new renditions of those fun straw hat shadows. I love how the soft blues of the background contrast nicely with the bright yellows of the sunlight on your face. It gives the entire image a very captivating play of textures. Wonderfully done!

Your heartwarming words never fail to brighten my days. Thank you for spending so much of your time on comments. There are still many fantastic human beings on earth and I can confidently say that you are one of them.
The straw hat effect is indeed quite popular but there are so many ways to use it in images. That's what makes light so special, it's always full of pleasant surprises that are waiting to be captured. Thank you once again.

Aww, you're ever so welcome, dear! It was my pleasure! You're absolutely right - lighting is so very special indeed, and it's the very essence of what can make a photograph so spectacular. I can't wait to see what other fun lighting photos you have to share with everyone!

Hehe, you'd better get used to receiving these types of comments from me though, because it's the way I naturally share my thoughts with others (haha, I don't think I'm capable of initially writing a short comment).
